Tez PDF Scanner is an offline document scanning and PDF creation application. The App allows users to scan documents, convert images to PDF files, view PDFs, and manage documents locally on their device.

2. Data We Access (Permissions)

To provide its core functionality, the App may request the following Android permissions:

• Camera: Used to scan physical documents and convert them into PDF files.
• Storage / Media access: Used to save, open, view, delete, and share PDF files and scanned documents on your device.

3. What We Collect

We do not collect or transmit personal data to any server. Tez PDF Scanner works fully offline and does not require user accounts.

4. Local-Only Processing

All document processing happens entirely on your device:

• Document scanning and image enhancement are performed locally.
• Perspective correction and noise reduction are processed on-device.
• PDF generation and viewing are handled locally using system APIs.

5. Data Storage

The App stores the following locally on your device:

• Scanned images
• Generated PDF files
• Application preferences (language selection, UI settings)

This data remains fully under your control and can be deleted at any time from within the App or by uninstalling the App.

6. Sharing and Selling Data

We do not:

• Sell user data
• Upload scanned documents or PDFs
• Analyze or inspect the content of your documents
• Use scanned data for advertising or profiling

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use Google services strictly for:

• Google AdMob: Used to display ads. AdMob may collect limited device identifiers as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

The App does not use analytics or tracking SDKs.

8. Children’s Privacy

Tez PDF Scanner is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

Since all documents remain on your device, their security depends on your device security. We recommend using device-level protection such as screen lock or encryption.

10. Your Choices

• You can use the App completely offline.
• You can delete scanned documents at any time.
• You can revoke permissions via Android system settings.
• You can uninstall the App to remove all local data.
